As part of the Boost with Facebook initiative in 2021, I served as one of the lead trainers under BongoHive's digital empowerment series designed to equip Zambian entrepreneurs and small business owners with essential digital marketing skills. My responsibilities included:
- Delivering live webinars and workshops tailored to various skill levels (beginner to advanced) on topics such as Facebook Ad Manager, content strategy, campaign optimization, and digital branding.
- Facilitating interactive Q&A sessions to provide personalized guidance on social media strategy, ad performance tracking, and audience targeting.
- Helping participants leverage the Facebook ecosystem—including Instagram and WhatsApp—for business growth, customer engagement, and digital transformation.
- Contributing to curriculum development and localization to ensure relevance for the Zambian market.
Through this program, I helped hundreds of entrepreneurs gain actionable insights to grow their businesses online, demonstrating my commitment to digital literacy and entrepreneurial development in Africa.
